Ashley's Vocabulary

I've been dragging this idea with my husband to create a blog that lists Ashley's vocabulary before she can really talk straight. And since I can see that he has no plans of doing it, I'll do it myself since I'm not that busy at work and not in the mood studying right now.
Well, I know this is nothing new to us but I find it very cute everytime I hear Ashley utters her
own vocabulary. Maybe its because I'm her mom.

mimaws - Mickey Mouse
nowayt - Snow White
Narni - Barnie
Baybi - Barbie
Nanin na - Kain na.
tito jeyome - Tito Jerome
jabi - Jollibee
tado - Mc Do

At an early age she has favorite color already which is yellow. How did I know? Playing with balls of different color, she won't pick any color but yellow. Weird. She also do this with baloons and other stuffs. She also knows how to appreciate maganda and pangit. If she doesn't like the dress she'll say "wag yan. nanet yan. nanet". That's why it would be better to bring her to the mall when buying her clothes. One time we bought her this teddy bear slippers that she hasn't worn even once. She always says "Wag yan...nanet yan. baybi lang" (baybi=barbie)
She even won't try something if she haven't seen it with her favorite cartoon characters or mascots like wearing shades and hats. Before, she refuses to wear shades and hats but when she saw Barnie wearing those, we can now put it to her freely without her saying "Ayaw ko... Wag..."
However, it breaks our heart everytime we leave her to her yaya every morning. She always cries and says "Wag iwan atley...sama atley...wawa asley...". We always tell her that we need to go to the office so we can buy her milk and pasalubongs. But ofcourse, she's too young to understand it. We even noticed that she's beginning to have separation anxieties. Anyone who's about to leave her, my parents, her playmates, etc, she'll sob her face to the pillow and cry, or she'll hold their hands very tight. That's why every weekend, we really make it a point that we treat her at the mall, zoo, jollibee or mcdo. Simple joys of kids really mean a lot to them.
